Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:  

As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, refunds or exchanges for online orders.  However, if you have any concerns with your items, please contact us at bandana_buddies@yahoo.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern.

Defects:

Here at Bandana Buddies we stive to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product numerous times before shipping.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

*If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days to inform us of the issue.

*If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement.  

*If you received the wrong item, please let us know so we can make it right.

*You must include a photo of the damage/defect or incorrect item with your email.

Bandana Buddies is not held responsible for:

* Mistakes made by shipping couriers

* Wrong addresses given by customers

* Damage to orders by postal service

* PO Box issues

* Stolen packages after delivery
